Canoa Quebrada all trips: as I frequently go to Canoa Quebrada, I decided to put this post as the hub for other Canoa posts.

Canoa is just 170 km from the city where I live, Fortaleza.

There are also these posts from Canoa, trips in 2022 and 2023.

Goals

All the trips I do to Canoa, if there is not a special reason, are to relax from Fortaleza routine, rest, and have new ideas in a different place.

It could be crazy to say this, but the main reason for this trip was to see the Formula One Canadian Grand Prix on TV at Todo Mundo Bar with friends.

Due to the time zone, this race occurs in the afternoon in Brazilian time.

This is not the first time I watch the race with these nice friends.

I was planning to come back again in 2024 December, but Pousada California was full at the time I tried to book.

At Christmastime, one reason I go is to help some local social projects.

Canoa Quebrada 2024 June

I like to go in June, due to the São João parties that occur there.

But this time, unfortunately, some close friends were not available (they were on vacation outside the city).

Fewer things to do, fewer people to see.

Maybe I will change the date next year.

I usually stay at Pousada California, as it is close to the nightlife.

Bars: Todo Mundo Bar, Caverna, and Regart. There are many others, these three are the ones I like.

If you want a cheap and good food for lunch, I recommend Panela Cearense.

If you can spend more, I recommend Patio Grill.

Like the bars, these two are the ones I usually go, but there are many other good restaurants in Canoa.

Tourist places are “barracas de praia” (beach bars) Chega Mais, Antonio do Coco, and Da Lua.

If you like reggae, you can go to Freedom.
